Nurse Clinics
Nurse Clinics
Weight Clinics The aim of this clinic is to provide you with a real chance of significant weight loss for your pet. At the first consultation, the nurse will assess your pet by taking weight measurements and decide on the best route to positive weight loss, setting a goal weight and target date. Regular recording of progress and fine tuning of the diet plan, will assist your pet in reaching his or her target weight. Remember an estimated 50% of our cats and dogs today are clinically obese, so you are not alone!
Socialisation for puppies 9 – 14 weeks – for full details of this important socialisation period for your new puppy.
Adolescent Checks During this check-up, the nurse will cover various topics including dental management, nutrition and growth, parasite control, neutering, behaviour and training etc.
Dental Checks Our pets’ teeth need regular attention. The nurse can check your pets’ teeth for dental disease and advice on teeth brushing and other aspects of dental care.

NEW Puppy Parties At Teme Vets!
We now offer weekly Puppy Parties every Wednesday night at 6.15pm at Ludlow run by our lovely vet nurse Jess who has an interest in dog behaviour. These sessions are a great way to meet other puppies and socialise in a safe environment and to learn more about puppy devolpment. You will be given a free puppy pack on arrival. They are for puppies ages 12 weeks to 6 months and they must be fully vaccinated. Please ring the practice on 10584 872147 if you are interested in attending. We are hoping to run adolescent puppy sessions shortly as well
